Former CFTC Commissioner Jill Somers became part of the board of directors of the cryptocurrency exchange FTX US Derivatives. This was reported by company representatives.

Since the launch in 2017, the FTX Derivatives, previously known as Ledgerx, has made cryptocurrency options and swap contracts available for investors around the clock and seven days a week. Its proposals include calculations with physical delivery, the possibility of block and algorithmic trade for institutional investors.
